How To Use Massage Bamboo Broom

Massage Bamboo Broom, due to its form and bamboo's natural elasticity, allows to perform following massaging techniques:


Tapping

Use bamboo broom to gently tap on the body's surface. The strength of the tap may vary from very gentle - to achieve relaxing effect; to moderate and strong - effective for warming up and a deeper tissue penetration or when massaging thought the cloth.


Fast/Vibrating Tapping

During Fast/Vibrating Tapping (usually performed with one broom) masseuse moves the wrist very quickly and creates short, rapid impacts (taps). The vibration of bamboo sends the "shock waves" deep into the muscle. This technique creates a very relaxing, rejuvenating sensation.


Sweeping

Apply rotating motion to the massaging broom and you will create a "sweeping-like" momentum. Depending on the intensity of the motion, "Sweeping" technique can be used for relaxation or (when is more brisk) for warming and toning up muscles.


Rolling

Bamboo Broom handle can be used for rolling technique - place the handle across the muscle and while applying pressure to the handle from the top, roll along the muscle. Works perfect for big muscles like back and thighs.


Acu-poking

Gently poke the body's surface with the tips of the massaging bamboo broom to apply acupuncture-like effect.
